2. Shipping Processing Time
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after successful payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be arranged on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
Delivery time varies by destination and logistics conditions:
- Standard Shipping: 7 – 15 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 3 – 7 business days (optional extra service)
Note: Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, bad weather or local postal issues, which are beyond our control.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping cost is calculated based on product weight, package size and delivery destination, and will be clearly shown before you confirm payment.
- Free shipping promotions will be marked on related product pages or activity banners.
- Combined orders share one shipping fee; separate orders will be charged respectively.
5. Order Tracking
Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and tracking link. You can check the real-time delivery status online at any time. Please keep the tracking information properly.
6. Customs & Duties
- International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
- All related charges are the buyer's responsibility. We will not take care of these fees or reimburse relevant costs.
7. Address Requirements
Please fill in your complete and accurate shipping address, including recipient name, detailed address, postal code and valid contact number. We are not liable for non-delivery or loss caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost or severely damaged upon arrival, please take photos as evidence and contact our customer service with your order number and tracking number within 48 hours after receiving the package.
- We will verify the situation and offer a reasonable solution as soon as possible.
9. Delivery Refusal
If you refuse to accept the package without valid reasons, the resulting return shipping cost and related losses will be borne by the buyer.
