1. Eligible Return Items & Timeframe

  • You may return unused, unopened, undamaged kitchen tools within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, tags and parts intact. Products that are worn, damaged, assembled or used will not be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:
  • Clearance items, discounted final sale products
  • Customized or personalized kitchen tools
  • Disposable kitchen supplies for hygiene reasons

3. Return Process

  1. Contact Our Support: Send an email to our customer service team with your order number, full name and return reason to apply for a return authorization (RA) code. Do not send back items without an RA code.
  2. Ship the Package: After receiving the RA code, carefully pack the goods and ship them to the designated return address. Please keep the shipping receipt for tracking.
  3. Wait for Inspection: Our team will inspect returned items within 3–5 business days after delivery. We will notify you once the inspection is completed.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Customer’s remorse return: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Defective, wrong or damaged items (our fault): We will cover the return shipping fees. Please attach photos of defective products or shipping damage when contacting support.

5. Refund Rules

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after item inspection. The actual arrival time depends on your payment provider.
  • Partial refunds will be issued if part of the product, packaging or accessories is missing or damaged.
  • We do not offer cash refunds; all refunds are processed via the original transaction channel.

6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange for another size, style or product, please submit an exchange request within the 30-day return window. Exchange shipping rules follow the same standards as returns above.

7. Special Notes

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • This return policy only applies to orders purchased directly from etkqx.com. Orders bought from third-party platforms follow the corresponding platform rules.
