1. Eligible Return Items & Timeframe

You may return unused, unopened, undamaged kitchen tools within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Items must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, tags and parts intact. Products that are worn, damaged, assembled or used will not be accepted for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return:

Clearance items, discounted final sale products
Customized or personalized kitchen tools
Disposable kitchen supplies for hygiene reasons

3. Return Process

Contact Our Support: Send an email to our customer service team with your order number, full name and return reason to apply for a return authorization (RA) code. Do not send back items without an RA code.
Ship the Package: After receiving the RA code, carefully pack the goods and ship them to the designated return address. Please keep the shipping receipt for tracking.
Wait for Inspection: Our team will inspect returned items within 3–5 business days after delivery. We will notify you once the inspection is completed.

4. Shipping Fees

Customer’s remorse return: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original delivery fees are non-refundable.
Defective, wrong or damaged items (our fault): We will cover the return shipping fees. Please attach photos of defective products or shipping damage when contacting support.

5. Refund Rules

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after item inspection. The actual arrival time depends on your payment provider.
Partial refunds will be issued if part of the product, packaging or accessories is missing or damaged.
We do not offer cash refunds; all refunds are processed via the original transaction channel.

6. Exchanges

If you need to exchange for another size, style or product, please submit an exchange request within the 30-day return window. Exchange shipping rules follow the same standards as returns above.

7. Special Notes

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
This return policy only applies to orders purchased directly from etkqx.com. Orders bought from third-party platforms follow the corresponding platform rules.
